Film Recommendation: An Affair To Remember

It is funny that this film from 1957 forms so much of a base for the romantic comedies of today. However the absence of sex, swearing and Kate Hudson makes way for a sizzling romance with a tragic twist. Besides this, it looks beautiful. Here are some screen shots:

  1. Oh I've never seen this but it looks amazing, I just love the style of that era.
    I've just ordered Butterfield 8 with Elizabeth Taylor, I haven't seen it but she's so beautiful so I can't go wrong.

  4. I love the old films..my grandfather had a collection of them I use to watch. I haven't seen this one though. I really enjoyed 'Some like it hot' with marilyn monroe.. :)
